Award Winning Author of Someone To Talk To - Finding Peace, Purpose, And Joy After Tragedy and Loss; A Recipe for Healing
I have worked in a multitude of roles and settings for many decades and have a wealth of professional and personal experience in helping people solve their problems and achieve their goals. My extensive training has included coaching, counseling, health care management, and clinical and medical social work.
In my book, Someone to Talk To: Finding Peace, Purpose, and Joy After Tragedy and Loss; A Recipe for Healing from Trauma and Grief, I have described fully and frankly some of my intimate experiences when I felt my life falling apart, hanging by a thread. It was a time of losses, emotional pain, trauma, loneliness, and nightmares. You can “Look inside” the book here, and read the reviews and testimonials on the same page.
But the book was about only one time in my life. There have been many more phases in my life, as there are for everyone, and there were happy occasions, exciting adventures, challenges, victories, and disappointments, all of which have gone into making me who I am.
